This research aimed to enhance understanding of modern and contemporary acupuncture education through 『Yeongsochimgugyeong』, a specialized text on acupuncture and moxibustion in Korea, and to provide basic data for related research. 『Yeongsochimgugyeong』 was written by Jeon, Gwangok and interpreted and annotated by Gwon, Yeongjun, and was used for acupuncture education by Korean medicine educators before and after the Japanese colonial period. The book, containing an overview of meridianology, details on points and meridians, and supplementing/draining methods, reflects the state of acupuncture education in the early to mid-20th century and is a valuable resource.
