Summary

This study investigated the effects of perceived person-team fit (person-job fit, person-supervisor fit, and person-co-worker fit) on service performance level and service innovative behaviors of flight attendants, and examined the moderating effect of hierarchical organizational culture. The results showed that person-team fit positively influenced service performance level and service innovative behaviors, and hierarchical organizational culture moderated the relationship between person-team fit and service innovative behavior.
