Summary

This study analyzed the relationship between employment security, leisure satisfaction, and life satisfaction. The results showed that employment security positively affected leisure and life satisfaction, while age and residence had negative effects. Education level was identified as the most important factor positively influencing both leisure and life satisfaction.
