Summary

This study analyzed the impact of ship organizational culture on seafarers' job satisfaction and intention to quit. The results showed that developmental, group, and rational cultures positively influence job satisfaction, and group culture negatively affects the intention to quit. Shipping companies need to provide organizational culture improvement training and continuous management to enhance seafarers' job satisfaction and address turnover issues.
