Summary

This study analyzed the impact of childcare center head teachers’ leadership styles on teachers’ organizational effectiveness, revealing that servant leadership and super leadership had the greatest influence. The impact of emotional leadership also varied depending on the type of institution, suggesting that head teachers should understand the characteristics of each leadership style and exercise leadership appropriate for their institution.
