This study examined the impact of flight attendants’ job stress on customer orientation and the moderating effect of HEXACO personality type. Job stress factors negatively affected customer orientation, with customer-related job stress having the most significant impact. Personality traits such as extraversion, agreeableness, and openness to experience moderated the relationship between job stress and customer orientation.
