Summary

This study analyzed the relationship between early childhood teachers’ multicultural experience, awareness, and acceptance and their multicultural education competency. The results showed that teachers with more experience in multiculturalism-related training and having multicultural friends perceived higher levels of multicultural awareness, acceptance, and competency, with multicultural awareness, experience, and acceptance significantly influencing teachers’ competency in order.
