Summary

This study empirically analyzed the effects of cooperative labor-management relationships perceived by members of Korean public enterprises on organizational effectiveness such as organizational social capital, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. The analysis revealed that cooperative labor-management relationships significantly influence job satisfaction and organizational social capital, with organizational social capital fully mediating the relationship between cooperative labor-management relationships and organizational commitment, and partially mediating the relationship with job satisfaction. These findings suggest that cooperative labor-management relationships contribute to increasing organizational members’ sense of belonging and enhancing relationship sustainability.
