Summary

This study investigated the relationship between team efficiency and team performance in Korean professional baseball using the buttom-up DEA method. The results showed that Doosan had the highest club efficiency and SK had the lowest, and pitcher efficiency had a greater impact on team performance than hitter efficiency. These findings can be used as basic data for player development and recruitment.
