Summary

This study examined the impact of organizational commitment on burnout among social workers and the mediating effect of job stress. The results indicated that organizational commitment influences burnout, with continuance commitment having a positive impact. Furthermore, job stress positively affects burnout and partially mediates the relationship between organizational commitment and burnout.
