Summary
This study investigated the effects of a career education program utilizing a Collaboration-based Instruction Model for Self-Determination (CIMSD) on the career attitude, self-determination, and transition goal attainment of high school students with disabilities. The results showed significant improvements in career attitude and self-determination for the experimental group, and transition goal attainment exceeded expectations. These findings suggest the effectiveness of career education programs for high school students with disabilities.
