Summary

This study comparatively analyzed the perceptions of high school teachers and college admission officers regarding the extra-curricular area of school records as college admission materials. The results showed significant differences in recognition for items such as award records, career wishes, and autonomous activities, along with identified difficulties in recording and utilizing these items. Based on these findings, the study proposed improvements to enhance the validity of the extra-curricular area in school records.
