This study analyzes the impact of augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technologies on the beauty market in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and their contribution to enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. Through case studies of products and services incorporating AR/VR technologies, the study emphasizes the importance of the convergence of beauty and IT and anticipates the evolution towards customized services.
