Summary

This study investigated the effect of long-term on-site training grades on job satisfaction after employment, and examined the mediating effects of job match and organizational commitment. While the training grades themselves did not directly affect job satisfaction, positive effects were observed through job match and organizational commitment. Therefore, long-term on-site training should be optimized to motivate students to achieve high grades for future job satisfaction, rather than being simply an experiential learning program.
