임상치의학입문 4 치의학대학원 치의학과

본 강좌는 신입생들에게 임상환경을 소개하고 진료실에 내원한 환자와의 의사소통기술의 증대에 초점을 둔다. 학생들은 이 과정을 통해서 다른 분야 (동료)와 협진하는 방법을 이해하고 환자치료의 준비에 필요한 의사소통(communication skill), 수기(manual dexterity), 시지각 기술(visual perception skill)을 개발하며, 자신의 학습 성취에 대한 자가평가와 교수의 평가를 통해 객관적 평가의 기술을 배운다. 동시에 학생들은 다양한 의료환경에 적응 할 수 있도록 감염방지, 인간공학(ergonomics), 구강보건 관련법, 정보기술의 적절한 활용법 등을 배우게 된다. 동시에 임상치의학 입문1~3을 통해서 학습한 다양한 임상적 수기와 지식을 직접 응용해보고 다양한 진단과 치료과정에 참여 및 보조를 통해 실제 환자진료에 대한 통합진료 임상실습에 필요한 기본적 자세를 학습한다. 윤리교육에서는 생명의료윤리의 기본원칙(Principles of Biomedical Ethics)을 바탕으로 제작된 현실감있는 딜레마사례를 사용한 소그룹토론방식으로 진행된다. 규범을 일방적으로 전달하기 보다는 교수와 학생이 주어진 절차에 따라 토론하면서 전문인의 의무와 책임을 이해하고, 환자의 입장을 공감하여 전반적인 윤리적 민감성(Ethical Sensitivity)을 고양하는 데 목적이 있다.

급격한 기술변화와 시장 경쟁의 격화, 탈규제의 흐름 등으로 노동의 의미와 사회구성원의 노동시장 경험 그리고 노사관계에 대한 근대적 개념이 변화하고 있다. 한국의 노동시장 역시 2017년 30년을 맞는 노사관계 민주화, 20년 전 경제위기가 불러온 글로벌화 및 자유시장체제의 강화 등 격동의 시대를 거치며 구조변화를 거듭해 왔다. 최근 널리 회자되고 있는 정보기술 기반 4차혁명의 개막 가능성과 날로 심화되는 노동시장 불평등으로 노동세계의 변화에 대한 사회적 관심이 고조되고 있다. 본 세미나는 21세기 자본주의가 목도하고 있는 기술과 시장의 변화와 고용관계(employment relations)의 성격 변화를 중심으로 한 노동시장구조 변화의 다양한 토픽을 다룸으로써 노동의 렌즈를 통한 사회변동을 탐구하는데 그 목적이 있다. 주요 토픽으로 일과 노동조직(work organization)의 변화, 시장의 다양성과 노동체제, (글로벌) 생산 네트워크의 심화와 고용관계, 직업구조의 변화, 고용(계약)관계의 다변화와 노동시장 분절, 젠더·세대 등 사회적 범주와 노동시장 불평등, 노동조합과 노사관계의 미래, 플랫폼경제의 전개와 노동의 미래 등을 포괄한다.
