Summary
This preliminary study confirmed that husband’s help significantly affected the reduction of postpartum depression in mothers. The mean rank of postpartum depression in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and self-efficacy was also higher, but the difference was not statistically significant. It is necessary to revise the design of the following experimental study to reduce the burden on the control group.
