Summary

This study investigated the operation and demand of dietary education for mothers of preschool children in Jeonbuk province, surveying 275 mothers. The results showed that most mothers were in their 30s, with families eating together once a day and dietary education being conducted more than three times a week. Mothers recognized the need for dietary education for both their children and themselves, and considered health as the most important value in dietary education.
