Summary

This study examined the moderating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between parenting stress and second childbearing intention among working mothers. The results showed that mothers relying on babysitters for childcare had lower intentions for a second child, and both parenting stress and job satisfaction significantly affected second childbearing intention. Furthermore, job satisfaction moderated the relationship between parenting stress and second childbearing intention.
