Summary

This study aimed to provide basic data for developing an educational program by analyzing the awareness and educational needs of oral health workers regarding preventive dental treatment. The results showed that both dentists and dental hygienists highly recognize the importance of preventive dental care, but the frequency of providing preventive treatment to patients is relatively low, with a high demand for education on periodontal maintenance and oral health education.
