Summary

This study investigated the impact of organizational culture on organizational commitment, the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction, and the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance among flight attendants, and verified the mediating roles of organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The results showed that organizational culture factors positively influenced organizational commitment, organizational commitment factors positively influenced job satisfaction, and job satisfaction positively influenced job performance.
