Summary
This study evaluated the per capita accessibility to childcare facilities in rural areas using road networks and analyzed spatial imbalances. Analysis of establishing new facilities in areas with low accessibility showed the greatest improvement in Yangyang-gun, benefiting 77% of the local population.
