This study investigated the influence of personal and organizational variables on the career happiness of childcare teachers. The results indicated that age significantly impacted career happiness, with differences observed between teachers over 40 and those under 29. Furthermore, teachers at home daycare centers reported higher satisfaction with interpersonal relationships and working hours, while those at workplace and corporate group daycare centers valued work-life balance and income, respectively.
