Summary

This study evaluated the outcomes of Hyuksin schools by analyzing the growth rate of academic achievement scores of students. The results showed that while academic achievement of Hyuksin school students was slightly lower than that of regular schools in the fifth grade, their growth rate was steeper as they progressed to higher grades, and their long-term academic achievement was higher. This suggests that Hyuksin schools have a positive impact on the growth of cognitive achievement in the long term.
