Summary

This study aimed to identify the relationship between family health, school life health, learning immersion, and satisfaction with physical education to suggest directions for physical education to promote the physical and mental health of university students. The results showed that family health and school life health positively influenced learning immersion, and learning immersion significantly and positively affected satisfaction with physical education.
