Summary

This study analyzes the obstacles of outdoor play recognized by early childhood teachers, teacher’s roles, and the level of activities to seek ways to improve outdoor play implementation. Survey results indicated that early childhood teachers highly recognize the educational value of outdoor play but experience obstacles due to teachers, parents, and environmental factors, with activity operation levels being moderate. The supervisor role was highly recognized, while the evaluator role was low.
