Summary

This study investigated the effects of Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS) on reducing problem behaviors and increasing class participation in a student with developmental disabilities through a multi-component intervention based on functional behavior assessment. The results showed that PBIS was effective in decreasing problem behaviors and increasing class participation, and these changes were maintained.
