Summary

This study examined the mediating effects of rapport on the relationship between organizational culture type and innovative behavior of hotel chefs. The results of a survey of 202 chefs at five-star hotels in Gwangju and Jeonnam showed that rational, consensual, and developmental cultures significantly influenced innovative behavior, and rapport mediated the relationship between organizational culture and innovative behavior.
