This study aimed to analyze the factors affecting the intention to use long-term care services among middle-aged and older adults with disabilities and to identify the characteristics and influencing factors of each age group. The results showed differences in the factors influencing the intention to use long-term care services between the 50-64 age group and the 65+ age group, with predisposing factors (age, residential area, etc.), enabling factors (awareness of long-term care insurance, savings, etc.), and need factors (presence of chronic diseases, psychological health, etc.) significantly influencing each group.
