Summary
This study aimed to identify the relationships among parenting stress, parenting efficacy, and turnover intention among nurses working in medium-sized hospitals. The results showed that turnover intention differed significantly by age, working department, working form, reason for going to work, job satisfaction, and colleague support, and job satisfaction, colleague parenting support, and reason for working influenced turnover intention.
