Summary

This study aims to establish a humanistic foundation for elderly sports policy to address the challenges of an aging society and implement humanistic policies, and to propose a new paradigm in the era of science and technology. It seeks to overcome the limitations of traditional elderly sports policy and explore a new approach consisting of a change in recognition, a basic policy framework, and practical implementation. Ultimately, it aims to promote the development of elderly sports policy that guarantees universal values such as dignity, human rights, health, and social solidarity.
