Summary

This study investigated the adaptation of Uzbekistan students studying at Korean universities through in-depth interviews with 10 students. The results showed that the main motivations for studying abroad were preparation for a bright future and family influence, and students experienced stress related to finances, academics, interpersonal relationships, and employment. The need for the role of universities and the provision of appropriate support programs to address these difficulties was highlighted.
