Summary

This study investigates the effect of online word-of-mouth on the reliability, acceptance, and behavioral intentions of tourists in food tourism. The empirical analysis revealed that the usefulness of online word-of-mouth had the greatest positive impact on reliability, and reliability positively influenced word-of-mouth acceptance and behavioral intention. Furthermore, word-of-mouth acceptance was found to positively affect behavioral intention.
