Summary

This study analyzed the impact of social workers’ growth needs and perceived organizational learning support on their career turnover intention. The results showed that growth needs and organizational learning support had a negative impact on career turnover intention, and the career turnover intention significantly decreased when social workers with high growth needs perceived high levels of organizational learning support. This suggests that enhancing organizational learning support is effective in retaining social workers.
