Summary

This study examines the perceptions of training school staff and juvenile probation officers regarding the aftercare program effects for juvenile offenders, and analyzes the impact of organizational variables such as role ambiguity, conflict, and burden on program effectiveness. The results indicate that role ambiguity directly affects the aftercare program, and the possibility of problem-solving and stress from juvenile offenders significantly influence psychological competence promotion and social environment adaptation.
