Summary

This study examined the mediating effect of interactional justice and the moderated mediating effect of self-efficacy on the relationship between emotional exhaustion and organizational commitment among social workers. The results indicated that emotional exhaustion negatively affected organizational commitment, and interactional justice partially mediated this relationship. Furthermore, self-efficacy moderated the impact of emotional exhaustion on the perception of interactional justice, with a more pronounced mediating effect observed in groups with higher self-efficacy.
