Summary
This study utilized Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis to deeply understand the meaning and career attitudes of senior manager retirees after retirement. The results revealed that retirees explore the essence of work and life through self-exploration and pursue self-expansion through the transmission of expertise across generations. Furthermore, the study identified proactive and self-directed learning in shaping their career paths, differing from previous research.
