Summary

This study investigated the effect of job autonomy and self-efficacy on creative behavior, mediated by knowledge sharing in a smart work environment. The results showed that self-efficacy and job autonomy had positive effects on creative behavior and knowledge sharing, and knowledge sharing mediated the relationship between self-efficacy, job autonomy, and creative behavior. Notably, the effect of knowledge sharing was more positive in the smart work usage group, indicating that the achievements of smart work are reflected in knowledge sharing and creative behavior.
