Summary

This study investigated the relationship between job recognition, job satisfaction, and turnover intention among kitchen employees in hospital foodservice in the Chungcheong area. The results showed that the job was recognized as 'important,' and education support was the highest. Overall job satisfaction was moderate, and 'high stress' and 'low sense of achievement' were major reasons for turnover intention.
