Summary

This study is a case study of applying the ‘Resilience Go Go!’ program in a free semester program to improve students’ resilience in middle school. The results of the program showed statistically significant improvements in students’ average resilience scores and some factors such as self-control, interpersonal relations, and positivity. This suggests that resilience programs can have a positive impact on students and contribute to the development of more effective programs in the future.
