Summary

This study analyzed the impact of in-flight service quality on brand loyalty and differences in service quality based on demographic characteristics among first-class airline passengers. Food service, physical environment, and flight attendant service were found to positively affect brand loyalty, and differences in service quality were observed based on gender, age, and education level.
