Summary

This study aimed to identify gender differences in trust towards Internet-only banks through multi-group path analysis. The results revealed differences in trust determinants between genders in terms of financial cost rationality and financial security, and confirmed that trust formation leads to relationship commitment in both genders. This suggests the importance of establishing customer trust in Internet-only banks.
