Summary

This study aimed to develop and validate a Korean dysfunctional depression scale using data from 360 patients and clients with depressive symptoms. The resulting 20-item scale demonstrated high reliability and factor validity, as well as good convergent validity with existing depression scales. Cut-scores of 44 (normal-subclinical) and 58 (subclinical-clinical) were established and validated through an expert workshop.
