Summary

This study identified factors influencing self-initiative, creative thinking ability, career maturity, personality, and academic achievement of students admitted through self-directed learning admission using multi-level linear modeling. The results showed that self-directed learning hours, participation in public and private education, and school culture (academic-oriented/relationship-oriented) significantly impacted student outcomes. Academic-oriented culture had a positive effect, while relationship-oriented culture negatively affected certain academic scores.
