Summary

This study aimed to develop a measurement tool for education satisfaction of a sports ethics program and to verify its validity. Through a three-step research process, construct validity and external validity of the measurement tool were secured, resulting in a 17-item tool consisting of three areas: education content, instructor competency, and education effect.
