Summary

This study analyzed the durability of constant velocity joints with varying shaft lengths using CATIA modeling and ANSYS analysis. The results showed that Model 2 exhibited superior durability compared to other models, which can be utilized in designing constant velocity joints resistant to impact. Furthermore, the application of convergence technology to constant velocity joint design can enhance aesthetic appeal.
