Summary

This study investigated the perceptions of professionalism and job satisfaction of 0-year-old class teachers, revealing that teachers in special child-care centers for 0-year-old showed higher levels of both compared to those in general child-care centers. Furthermore, a significant positive correlation was found between perceptions of professionalism and job satisfaction, with socioeconomic status, autonomy, and professional knowledge and skills positively influencing job satisfaction.
