Summary

This study explores the healing effects of poetry writing activities through ‘freezing hurt feelings’ on elementary school students. Poetry writing contributes to self-conversion, self-confession and reflection, and alleviating alienation, helping healing by recognizing chaotic emotions and observing oneself objectively. Students gradually approach their hurt feelings through the process of "burying-revealing-freezing-melting," and experience positive changes through it.
