Summary

This study analyzed 726 papers published in domestic education-related journals from 2000 to the first half of 2017 to identify trends in educational organization behavior research. The analysis revealed that studies focusing on elementary and secondary school teachers and principals were prevalent, with topics such as teacher efficacy, organizational effectiveness, and job satisfaction being frequently researched. Future research should focus on promoting field studies, activating research in higher education, expanding the scope of research, and increasing qualitative studies.
