Summary

This study empirically analyzed that the evaluation of the institutional performance of the 87 system significantly impacts election and political system improvement but not the need for constitutional amendment. Election and political system improvements have a positive impact on the need for constitutional amendment, and the mediating effect of these improvements is also positive.
