Summary

This study proposes a method to reduce the neutralization treatment time of waste mortar and recycled aggregate to 3 hours using a supercritical carbon dioxide-water reaction. Experimental results showed that the 3-hour treated waste mortar and recycled aggregate maintained a pH below the legal limit, confirming their potential for recycling. XRD and TG/DTA analysis confirmed the decrease in portlandite and the formation of calcite during the neutralization process.
